List of Future Voters

We have an agreement with Elections Canada to share voter information with each other. This means you will also be automatically registered to vote in a Federal Election when you turn 18.

You can use the online future voter registration portal, or you can complete the future voter registration form and email it to us.

When you turn 18, or if you will be eligible to vote within 6 months, your name will be added to the official voters list. When this happens, you can vote in any territorial or municipal election.

You must be 16 or 17 years old, a Canadian citizen and a Nunavut resident for at least 12 months.
